Its panel includes corn, poultry meal, animal proteins and chicken flavouring, so saying it contains no real chicken was not supported by the information available. Kit Cat describes this dry food as complete and balanced. The ingredient panel includes poultry meal, grains, salmon protein hydrolysate and other animal ingredients. It should not be chosen as a salmon-only diet for a cat with a suspected allergy. The previous grain-based quality downgrade was not a nutritional assessment. Check life-stage suitability and the current pack; coat and digestive marketing are not a substitute for investigating symptoms with a vet.
