Rail Corridor South. The section between Henderson Road and Spooner Road is closed for trail improvement works. The operator’s current FAQ gives 31 July 2027 as an expected Phase 2 completion date, not a guaranteed reopening. Jalan Kilang Barat to Henderson Road has reopened. Cat admission and any carrier or harness conditions have not been established by the sources reviewed. Confirm the exact section with NParks before planning a cat visit. A walking route’s scenery or wheelchair accessibility does not establish that it is suitable for an individual cat. Use the current access and diversion maps, stay on the open corridor and do not enter adjoining reserve trails with a dog. The corridor is unlit at night; NParks recommends leaving before dark. Plan a shorter return walk rather than relying on a continuous north-to-south passage.
